Job Description

We are hiring experienced Commi 3 for a reputed restaurant group in Qatar & Kuwait.

. Assist chefs in food preparation and basic cooking activities

. Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, sauces, and garnishes

. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen work areas

. Follow recipes, portion control, and kitchen instructions accurately

. Ensure proper storage and handling of food products

. Support kitchen staff during busy service hours

. Maintain kitchen equipment and utensils properly

. Assist in receiving and storing kitchen supplies

. Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards

. Minimize food wastage and maintain stock rotation (FIFO)

. Perform opening and closing kitchen duties as assigned

. Learn and develop culinary skills under senior chefs
