Housekeeping Attendant

Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards.

Make beds, change linens, and replace towels and guest amenities.

Vacuum carpets, mop floors, dust furniture, and sanitize surfaces.

Refill room supplies such as toiletries, tissues, and minibar items (if assigned).

Report any maintenance issues (broken fixtures, leaks, damaged furniture) to supervisors.

Ensure proper handling and disposal of waste and soiled linens.

Follow daily room assignment schedules given by the housekeeping supervisor.

Respond promptly to guest requests in a polite and professional manner.

Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and trolley.

Follow health, safety, and hygiene procedures at all times.

Assist in deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing or furniture polishing when required.

Ensure lost and found items are immediately reported to the supervisor.
