Role Overview
As a Digital Core Sales Capture Lead, you will be responsible for originating, shaping, and closing large-scale Digital Core transformation opportunities across enterprise clients. You will lead strategic sales pursuits focused on helping organizations modernize and transform their core business platforms through ERP, enterprise applications, cloud, data, AI, intelligent operations, and industry-specific digital solutions.
You will work closely with C-suite executives and senior business leaders to define transformation agendas, develop compelling business cases, and position Accenture as the strategic partner of choice for large-scale business and technology transformation programs.
This role combines strategic sales, executive relationship management, solution shaping, alliance collaboration, and commercial leadership to drive significant growth across Accenture's Digital Core business.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Capture & Pursuit Leadership
Lead end-to-end sales capture activities for strategic Digital Core transformation opportunities.
Develop pursuit strategies, win themes, competitive positioning, and account growth plans.
Shape and drive large, complex pursuits from opportunity identification through deal closure.
Orchestrate cross-functional teams spanning Consulting, Technology, Industry, Operations, Data & AI, and Ecosystem Partners.
Lead executive presentations, proposal defenses, client workshops, and commercial negotiations.
Digital Core Opportunity Development
Originate new opportunities focused on enterprise transformation and digital reinvention.
Help clients modernize and optimize core business functions across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing, Human Capital, Customer Experience, and Operations.
Position integrated Digital Core transformation programs that leverage ERP, cloud, data, AI, and intelligent automation capabilities.
Drive large-scale transformation discussions that connect technology investments to business outcomes.
Executive Client Engagement
Establish trusted advisor relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CFOs, COOs, Chief Transformation Officers, and business leaders.
Lead strategic discussions around enterprise modernization, operating model transformation, and digital reinvention.
Facilitate executive workshops to define transformation priorities, target operating models, and business value realization objectives.
Position Accenture as a long-term strategic partner for enterprise transformation.
Solution Shaping & Value Proposition Development
Shape end-to-end Digital Core transformation solutions tailored to client business objectives.

Develop compelling business cases demonstrating operational efficiency, growth acceleration, innovation, and cost optimization.
Align solutions to measurable business outcomes and value realization targets.
Commercial Leadership
Lead pricing strategy, commercial structuring, contract negotiations, and risk management.
Develop business cases and financial models supporting complex transformation programs.
Ensure compliance with Accenture governance, financial objectives, and commercial standards.
Drive pursuits to successful closure while balancing client value, delivery feasibility, and profitability objectives.
Ecosystem & Alliance Collaboration
Partner with leading technology ecosystem providers including SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, Salesforce, ServiceNow, AWS, Google Cloud, and other strategic partners.
Leverage alliance investments, joint go-to-market programs, and innovation initiatives to strengthen client value propositions.
Build and maintain executive-level relationships across partner organizations.
Drive co-sell opportunities and ecosystem-led growth initiatives.
Business Development & Pipeline Growth
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified Digital Core opportunities across target industries.
Partner with account teams to identify strategic growth opportunities within key accounts.
Support industry campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and Digital Core go-to-market programs.
Contribute to market development strategies aligned with Accenture's Digital Core growth priorities.
Leadership & Collaboration
Lead multidisciplinary pursuit teams across local, regional, and global organizations.
Mentor and coach junior capture managers and business development professionals.
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and client value creation.
Support capability development and sales excellence across the Digital Core practice.
