GENERAL ROLE:
As a Butler at Miraval The Red Sea, your role is to deliver bespoke, intuitive, and heartfelt service tailored to each guest’s needs. You embody the essence of mindful hospitality—anticipating preferences, personalizing experiences, and ensuring that every moment reflects Miraval’s values of empathy, integrity, and wellbeing. You are a trusted ambassador of our purpose: to care for people so they can be their best.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

As Butler, you will need to:
oProvide seamless, personalized service from pre-arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional guest journey.
oAnticipate guest preferences and deliver thoughtful touches aligned with Miraval’s philosophy of mindfulness and wellbeing.
oCoordinate with relevant departments to fulfill guest requests promptly and flawlessly.
oHandle VIP arrivals, special amenities, and in-room service setups with attention to detail.
oMaintain confidentiality, privacy, and professional discretion at all times.
oEnsure all guest areas and rooms are checked for readiness prior to arrival.
oKeep up-to-date guest profiles and record preferences for future stays.
oLiaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and Culinary to ensure service consistency.
oManage in-room dining coordination and setup for private experiences.
oCommunicate effectively across departments to deliver seamless experiences.
oSupport Front Office colleagues in creating a mindful, calm, and professional environment.
oReport guest feedback, maintenance issues, or service gaps promptly to management.
oUphold Miraval’s standards of mindfulness, empathy, and respect in every interaction.
oMaintain personal grooming, posture, and language that reflect serenity and professionalism.
oEmbody the “Miraval way” of authentic connection and attentive care.
