HanmiGlobal Saudi is looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee and manage all contract-related activities for our projects.
The Contracts Manager will ensure the compliance of contract terms, negotiate contract amendments, and mitigate contractual risks to support successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities Manage the preparation, negotiation, and administration of contracts for construction projects.
Ensure all contracts comply with legal requirements and company policies.
Review and interpret contract documents to identify risks and responsibilities.
Coordinate with project teams to resolve contractual issues and disputes.
Monitor contract performance, deadlines, claims, and variations.
Develop and implement contract management procedures and best practices.
Provide guidance and training to project teams on contractual matters.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.
Support the procurement process by providing input regarding contract terms and conditions.
Collaborate with legal and finance departments to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in contract management within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts (FIDIC, NEC, etc.
). Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient with contract management software and MS Office.
Ability to lead a team and work effectively under pressure.
