JASARA PMC is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director - Utilities to lead our utilities division.
This senior leadership role involves strategic oversight and management of all utility-related activities across multiple projects.
You will be responsible for setting the vision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and driving excellence in utility planning, design, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans for the utilities division aligned with corporate objectives.
Provide leadership and direction to utility managers and teams to achieve project and organizational goals.
Ensure all utility activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and financial performance of the utilities function.
Engage with key stakeholders, including government agencies, utility providers, and clients to ensure effective collaboration.
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate utility-related challenges.
Promote innovation and continuous improvement in utility processes and standards.
Represent JASARA PMC at industry forums, conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Monitor industry trends and adapt strategies to maintain competitive advantage.
