Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in enterprise application delivery, implementation, or operations across multiple industries.
Consulting experience implementing or supporting Yardi solutions Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and application delivery methodologies.
Experience with application quality standards, governance processes, and industry best practices.
Hands-on experience with enterprise application platforms and at least one software development technology stack.
Broad knowledge of enterprise applications and emerging technologies.
Strong understanding of business requirements and application solution design.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
Proven leadership, team management, and people development capabilities.
Experience implementing or supporting enterprise applications, preferably within real estate, asset management, or property management environments.
Consultancy experience in Yardi with one of the big 4.
8-10 Years of experience in related fields with exposure to multiple Industries and scenarios.
Predominant broad-based Application Knowledge across the whole domain.
Expert in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Proficient in quality models, processes, and best practices.
Competent in at least one software development technology stream.
Broad understanding of emerging technology areas.
Good awareness of market needs in the applications domain.
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills.
Exceptional Team Building and People Management Skills.
Worked on implementation or operations of the following domains.
