Managing Director

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an accomplished automotive retail leader to assume the position of Managing Director for a highly respected group in Saudi Arabia.

We are seeking a proven executive with a demonstrable track record of retailing in excess of 6,000 new vehicles annually across a multi-site operation. This appointment demands a commercially astute leader with the vision, energy and determination to accelerate growth, enhance performance and scale the business to new levels of success.

The successful candidate will be an outstanding retailer with a consistent history of delivering year on year growth, profitability and market share gains. Equally important is career stability and longevity, reflecting a pattern of sustained achievement rather than frequent career moves.

You will possess exceptional leadership capabilities, inspiring teams whilst driving a culture of accountability, customer-first approach and continuous improvement. Strong manufacturer relationships are essential, together with first-class stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at board level.
