· Design, implement, and operate secure network infrastructure to support SOC monitoring, detection, and response requirements across bank environments.
· Ensure end-to-end connectivity for SOC platforms including SIEM, SOAR, NDR, EDR, and threat intelligence integrations.
· Manage enterprise network components including LAN, WAN, Data Center, Cloud connectivity, SD-WAN, VPNs, and secure remote access.
· Configure and maintain network security controls such as NGFW, IPS/IDS, WAF, DNS security, proxy, NAC, micro-segmentation, and Zero Trust architecture.
· Enable and optimize log forwarding, NetFlow, packet capture (PCAP), and telemetry feeds to SOC tools such as Splunk, QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
· Implement secure network architecture aligned with SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO data governance requirements.
· Support Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards; ensure timely resolution of network-related security incidents.
· Participate in cyber incident response with SOC teams, including containment actions, network isolation, and forensic data collection.
· Maintain high availability, redundancy, and resilience of network services in line with DR/BCP requirements and conduct regular failover testing.
· Collaborate with vendors and service providers for network solutions, troubleshooting, upgrades, and vulnerability remediation.
· Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for network and security incidents and implement preventive actions.
· Develop and maintain network diagrams, SOPs, configurations, and operational documentation ensuring audit readiness.
· Automate network monitoring, alerting, and configuration management using scripting and orchestration tools.
· Continuously monitor network performance and security posture using tools such as SolarWinds, PRTG, or equivalent.
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or related discipline.
· 5–8 years of experience in network administration within banking or regulated environments.
· Hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Check Point, F5, and enterprise-grade switching and routing technologies.
· Experience in integrating network infrastructure with SOC tools such as SIEM (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel) and NDR solutions.
· Strong understanding of secure network design, segmentation, VPN technologies, and firewall rule management.
· Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including SAMA, NCA ECC, PDPL, and NDMO requirements.
· Experience in ITIL-based service management processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.
· Hands-on experience in DR/BCP planning, testing, and execution.
· Exposure to cloud networking (Azure/AWS), hybrid connectivity, and secure cloud architectures is preferred.
· Experience in vendor coordination, SLA management, and third-party integration support.
