Job Summary
Working as part of a high-performing and collaborative commercial team, you will be responsible for enhancing the competitiveness and availability of products across an assigned portfolio of hotels. The role focuses on driving performance through optimized contracting conditions, data-driven decision-making, and strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities

• Renegotiate contracting conditions with hotel partners to maximize availability, promotional offers, and best available rates, ensuring accurate system loading and strong commercial positioning

  
  

• Use company dashboards and data insights to prioritize actions and improve product performance

  
  

• Secure new offers and additional availability directly from suppliers, ensuring they are correctly loaded into the system

  
  

• Collaborate closely with the Contracting Manager to share insights, align strategies, and drive operational efficiency

  
  

• Proactively manage and maintain daily communication with assigned hotel partners to strengthen relationships and performance

  
  

Skillset and Experience Required

• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to negotiate effectively and drive results

  
  

• Analytical approach, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions

  
  

• Excellent relationship management and communication skills

  
  

• Ability to work collaboratively across teams in a fast-paced environment

  
  

• High level of attention to detail, particularly in managing contracting conditions and system accuracy

  
  

• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
