Job Summery

Support the execution of digital transformation initiatives by driving automation, process digitization, and supporting business and IT innovation. Provide technical and analytical support to ensure seamless delivery of digitalization programs, assist in identifying business improvement opportunities, and contribute to the digital maturity of the organization under the leadership of the Sr. Manager, Digital and Transformation.

Job Description

• Assist in executing digital transformation roadmaps, projects, and initiatives aligned with the organization’s digital strategy.

• Support the automation of business and IT processes using tools such as RPA, Power Automate, and other digital platforms.

• Participate in user requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and rollout of digitalization solutions.

• Support data analysis activities to generate business insights, automate reporting, and contribute to data-driven decision-making.

• Assist in tracking and reporting KPIs, project progress, and benefits realization for digital initiatives.

• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through digital tools.

• Support in the design and creation of dashboards, reports, and digital assets using Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint).

• Coordinate with IT Services and Support teams to ensure smooth integration of digital solutions with existing systems.

• Support communication and change management efforts related to digital projects, including preparing awareness materials, communications, and user guides.

• Ensure digital solutions comply with cybersecurity, data privacy, and internal governance standards.

• Assist in evaluating new digital technologies, trends, and vendors.

• Support in maintaining the digital innovation repository and success stories.

• Contribute to the execution of innovation workshops and brainstorming sessions.
