About This Role
We are looking for a Project Sales Engineer to be assigned to our Ankara Region Office.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the sales customer portfolio in the assigned region.
Conducting regular customer visits.
Following up on existing projects and acquiring new customers.
Managing the sales closing, payment collection, and shipment tracking processes.
Preparing annual, monthly, and weekly activity plans for the assigned region.
Executing approved activities and reporting the results.
Preparing commercial proposals and assisting with project drawings when necessary.
Regularly recording and archiving customer contracts and order documents
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Mechatronics Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in air conditioning, specifically in the project design and proposal preparation of VRF air conditioning systems.
Preferably experienced in HVAC sales.
Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and AutoCAD software.
A clear career plan focused on sales.
Completed military service (for male candidates).
Residing in Ankara or surrounding provinces.
No restrictions for travel.
Able to adapt to a corporate and dynamic working environment.
Strong verbal communication and high persuasion skills.
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Active driver (holds a valid driver's license)
