Adjunct Faculty in Business & Management Foundations

To teach one course Business & Management Foundations in the BScM program in the Fall 2026 term

• Teach undergraduate courses in Introduction to Business and Fundamentals of Management.
• Develop course materials including syllabi, lectures, assignments, quizzes, and exams.
• Explain key concepts such as business environments, organizational structures, leadership, planning, decision making, and management functions.
• Guide students in applying business and management principles to real-world organizational scenarios.
• Assess student performance fairly and consistently and provide constructive feedback.
• Maintain academic integrity and ensure alignment with program learning outcomes and accreditation standards.
• Support student learning through consultation, office hours, or online platforms.

• Minimum Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related discipline (required).
• University-level teaching experience in business or management courses (preferred).
• Strong ability to simplify foundational business concepts for non-specialist learners.
• Knowledge of case-based teaching and practical business applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must currently reside in the UAE and hold own valid residency visa.
