What you will do

• Be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
• Oversee all aspects of a banquet or event, including set-up, food presentation, serving, and cleanup while focusing on detail and quality presentation and customer service.
• Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. 

What you bring

• Previous 3-5 years’ experience in managing high volume Banqueting operations at the highest quality.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, proficiency in English.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment and long hours.
• A flair for creativity and entrepreneurship.
