Summary:
We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating BIM models, facilitating collaboration between different stakeholders, and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of BIM workflows.

Job Responsibility:-

• Minimum 5+ years experience in UAE contracting market 
• Background strictly in Civil Engineering or MEP only
• Strong hands-on BIM modeling and drafting skills (Revit, Civil 3D, Tekla, AutoCAD)
• Proven experience in multidisciplinary BIM coordination, and clash detection
• Exposure to advanced BIM technologies (4D, 5D, VR, AR, CDE, etc.) 
• Strong interest and capability in integrating AI and emerging digital technologies into BIM workflows

Experience working on infrastructure and Marine projects in a contractor environment
