GRADUATE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME • UAE NATIONALS ONLY

A globally recognised automotive group is seeking an ambitious UAE National to join its Middle East Finance and Controlling team as a Finance and Controlling Graduate, a flagship early-career appointment within the group's structured graduate programme.

This is more than a first role. Over an initial development journey of four rotational assignments, you will build the foundation for a lasting career in finance and controlling.

You will gain hands-on exposure to financial steering, business planning, reporting and market operations across a truly global organisation, experiencing the business from both local and international perspectives, building an international network, and contributing to projects from day one. On successful completion, you will be placed within the Controlling function of the regional office, where you will help steer financial performance, support management reporting and planning, and contribute to data-driven business decisions.

The Role

• Join the Finance and Controlling team and contribute fresh ideas to initiatives spanning financial steering, performance analysis, digitalisation and process improvement.
• Apply a structured approach to projects, coordinating with stakeholders, understanding business requirements, and translating data into clear, actionable insight.
• Support the timely, high-quality delivery of finance and controlling activities in partnership with other functions and central departments.
• Take part in transformation and continuous-improvement projects that strengthen efficiency, transparency and decision-making across the business.
• Take ownership of additional finance-related tasks and ad-hoc analyses as required.

Who we’re looking for

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Between 6 months and 3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, Business Planning or Consulting (preferred).
• International exposure of at least 4 months, through studies, internships, work experience, exchange programmes or similar.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and intercultural skills, with the confidence to collaborate across functions and markets.
• Strong analytical and reporting ability, interpreting financial data and translating insight into clear business recommendations.
• A project-management mindset: supporting multiple initiatives, following timelines and working with stakeholders in a structured way.
• Strong digital skills, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with financial systems, AI tools, data-visualisation or automation tools is an advantage.
• Fluent English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
• Readiness and genuine motivation for an international career.
