Full Stack Engineer

We are seeking a highly analytical and forward-thinking Full Stack Engineer to join our growing technology team in Dubai. 

This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and scaling applications across our trading ecosystem. The ideal candidate will combine strong full-stack development expertise with a modern AI-assisted development mindset, leveraging tools such as Claude and other AI technologies to improve development efficiency, code quality, and delivery velocity. 

You will play a key role in shaping technical solutions, proactively identifying risks and edge cases, and ensuring that security, scalability, and maintainability remain at the forefront of every project. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end applications, back-end services, and database solutions supporting our global trading platforms. 
• Maximize engineering efficiency, velocity, and code quality by leveraging AI-assisted development tooling (specifically Claude Code) to accelerate delivery, while retainin accountability for quality, performance, and correctness. 
• Proactively identify edge cases, logical flaws, and potential system vulnerabilities before deployment to production environments. 
• Architect, drive, and deliver high-impact CMS migration and platform modernization initiatives end-to-end.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts, architectural decisions, trade-offs, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences. 
• Champion engineering best practices, coding standards, testing methodologies, and secure development principles. 
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and technical architecture. 
• Stay up to date with emerging technologies, AI-assisted development practices, and industry trends. 

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Substantial commercial experience operating as a senior full-stack web engineer, delivering high-quality applications in production environments.
• Deep expertise in front-end technologies like React, Next.js, and modern back-end architectures.
• Proven adaptability to move comfortably across different languages, platforms, and layers of the stack rather than specializing narrowly.
• Demonstrated experience leading and delivering at least one CMS migration or replatforming project end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of SEO-aware migration practices, including managing redirects, canonicalization, and structured data (experience with Sitecore is a strong plus).
• Disciplined and effective utilization of AI-assisted development tooling (such as Claude Code) to accelerate delivery, while retaining ultimate accountability for code quality, safety, and correctness.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of taking ownership of losely defined problems and driving them to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
