Our Middle East Region is currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Head of Integrity / Asset Integrity & Consultancy Services Manager to join our team and support our operational functions.

Role Overview:

The Asset Integrity and Consultancy Services Manager is responsible for developing and leading Fulkrum’s global asset integrity and consultancy offerings. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, this individual will shape, grow, and deliver strategic services that include asset integrity management, engineering consultancy, and specialist technical advisory solutions to clients across all sectors and regions. The role demands both technical and commercial expertise to build service capability, develop high-value client relationships, and ensure technical excellence and compliance with industry standards.

This role has a global remit and will collaborate closely with Regional Managers, Operations Managers, and Business Development teams to align asset integrity offerings with Fulkrum’s wider service portfolio.

Main Duties (including but not limited to):

General

• Develop, lead, and execute Fulkrum’s global strategy for Asset Integrity and Consultancy Services.
• Drive increased revenue and profit within the Division to achieve the Company`s growth plans.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally to support client engagements, site visits, and operational reviews as required.
• Support SLT in setting and delivering strategic objectives tied to service quality, client satisfaction, and commercial growth.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless integration of asset integrity services into Fulkrum’s broader technical offering (VSS, TSS).
• Support implementation and maintenance of ISO 17020 accreditation across regions/countries.
• Represent Fulkrum at conferences, technical forums, client reviews, and industry events.

Operational, Service Delivery, and Technical Oversight

• Provide subject matter expertise and technical governance across all asset integrity and consultancy scopes.
• Oversee preparation and execution of AIM and consultancy scopes such as, but not limited to: RBI, FFS, corrosion assessments, pipeline integrity, inspection planning, and failure investigations.
• Establish internal processes, tools, and systems to ensure consistent and compliant service delivery.
• Monitor technical performance through quality metrics, KPIs and audit programs.
• Ensure delivery is aligned with industry best practices and codes (API, ASME, DNV, ISO, etc.).
• Business/Division cost tracking and management of standalone P&L

Client and Project Management

• Engage with clients to understand technical requirements, scope opportunities, and tailor service offerings.
• Serve as a key point of contact for strategic clients in consultancy and asset integrity domains.
• Develop and maintain project execution plans, budgets, and timelines for AIM and consultancy projects.
• Ensure that all technical deliverables meet quality and contractual requirements.
• Maximize opportunities and scope growth through client retention and engagement initiatives.

Team Management and Capability Development

• Build and lead a global team of engineers, inspectors, and consultants to meet project demands.
• Identify skills gaps and develop training pathways for asset integrity resources.
• Provide mentoring and technical leadership to regional teams, key account managers and project consultants.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of personnel for expanding local and global delivery capability.

Business Development:

• Conduct market research on potential clients and relevant project opportunities.
• Identify and develop opportunities for growth in the AIM and consultancy services space across industry sectors and regions.
• Identify and present defined business opportunities, along with clear market penetration strategies for discussion with the SLT and implementation in collaboration with regional teams
• Follow up new/existing business opportunities and set up meetings to discuss and secure the work.
• Track and log all business development activities in SalesForce and ensure the sales pipeline is maintained.
• Work in conjunction with the Commercial Team to execute registration, pre-qualification, and client-specific approvals with target companies.
• Take ownership of Technical and Commercial Proposals, supported by the Commercial Team.
• Attending appropriate conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Provide thought leadership in marketing content (PR), technical webinars, white papers, and case studies.

Expansion & Strategic Initiatives

• Work with the VP and Board of Directors to develop business plans and strategies to expedite the penetration of new markets.

• Drive continuous improvement across the service line to improve efficiency and client value.
• Identify, assess, and recommend potential acquisitions and strategic partnerships to enhance Fulkrum’s service offerings, expand geographic reach, or enter new markets
• Assess and implement new tools, digital platforms, and techniques to enhance service delivery.
• Benchmark Fulkrum’s services against competitors and industry leaders to maintain a competitive edge.
