Corporate Finance is organised through global products and regional client coverage spanning different geographies and industry focused teams. The Investment Banking Coverage & Advisory division is looking to add an Analyst in the M&A team to their platform. They are seeking candidates with initiative and integrity, strong communication skills, commitment, and the ability to work as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities  

• Coordinating and assisting in origination and execution of  M&A, Leverage Finance and Equity Capital Markets (ECM) transactions with MENA clients. 

  
  

• Supporting wider teams in the coverage effort of key MENA accounts 

  
  

• Conducting sector and company research, quantitative analysis, company valuation, credit analysis and financial modelling 

  
  

• In both origination and execution projects, taking responsibility to communicate with clients, other advisers and senior investment bankers. 

  
  

Your skills and experience 

• Relevant Corporate Finance experience most importantly in advisory but with knowledge of capital market products 

  
  

• Proven execution skills, complex deal understanding and structuring capabilities in M&A, Leverage Finance and ECM 

  
  

• Strong analytical approach combined with creative problem solving abilities 

  
  

• High levels of initiative and ingenuity, high pro-activity levels and drive 

  
  

• Effective organisational skills - the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously 

  
  

• Excellent communication skills 

  
  

• Able to drive and influence senior, cross-functional and cross-regional deal teams, interfacing with multiple business partners across business lines and regions 

  
  

• Strong communication and negotiation skills and the ability to work effectively in teams 

  
  

• Able to creatively solve problems and to successfully navigate a large, matrix based organisation
