We’re looking for a Kitchen Steward who’s passionate about maintaining a clean and safe working environment at all times to join our production team in Dubai.

• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.

  
  
  

• Wash pots, pans, plates, glasses, and cutlery using manual or machine methods.

  
  
  

• Maintain cleanliness of floors, walls, storage rooms, and waste disposal areas.

  
  
  

• Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation and stock handling when required.

  
  
  

• Ensure proper storage of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

  
  
  

• Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety regulations.

  
  
  

• Report maintenance issues or damaged equipment to supervisors.

  
  
  

• Support kitchen operations during busy periods.

  
  
  

• Previous experience as a kitchen steward or in a similar role

  
  
  

• Experience working in kitchens, restaurants, or food production environments.

  
  
  

• Basic knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety standards (HACCP is an advantage).

  
  
  

• Familiarity with cleaning equipment and dishwashing machines.

  
  
  

• Must be currently based in Dubai

  
  
  

• Good understanding of kitchen hygiene and cleaning procedures.

  
  
  

• Knowledge of safe handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.

  
  
  

• Ability to maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils.

  
  
  

• Team player with good organizational and time management skills.

  
  
  

• Able to follow instructions and maintain safety standards.
