• Conduct land and infrastructure surveys using modern surveying instruments.
  
• Operate Total Station equipment for accurate site measurements and mapping.
  
• Verify survey data and prepare reports for project execution teams.
  
• Inspect and supervise survey-related project activities at construction sites.
  
• Coordinate with engineers and project teams to ensure survey accuracy.
  
• Identify existing infrastructure networks and utilities before project execution.
  
• Prepare survey drawings and layouts using AutoCAD and related software.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and surveying standards.
  

1. Land Surveying – Expertise in infrastructure and construction surveys.
   
2. Total Station Operations – Hands-on experience with modern surveying equipment.
   
3. AutoCAD – Ability to prepare and review survey drawings.
   
4. Infrastructure Network Knowledge – Understanding of existing utility networks in Dubai.
   
5. Inspection & Supervision – Experience monitoring and verifying field activities.
   

• GIS software knowledge.
  
• Civil engineering project exposure.
  
• Advanced survey data processing skills.
  

Candidates should possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in land surveying, particularly in infrastructure-related projects. Experience in inspection, supervision, and the use of modern surveying instruments is essential. Familiarity with Dubai's infrastructure networks and project environments is highly preferred.

• Minimum: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related field.
  
• Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying Engineering.
  
• Additional Certifications: Surveying certifications, AutoCAD certification (if available).
