The ideal candidate will possess strong L2 and L3 support expertise across Microsoft technologies, enterprise networking, virtualization, security, backup solutions, and cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
The role is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, security, scalability, and reliability of the company's IT infrastructure and network environments while supporting business-critical systems and leading technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Infrastructure Administration Manage and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure environments.
Administer Windows Server environments and related services.
Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, and capacity.
Manage operating system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
Ensure adherence to IT governance, security, and operational standards.
Active Directory & Identity Management Administer Active Directory, Organizational Units (OUs), DNS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policies (GPOs).
Manage Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Azure AD Connect.
Implement and support Identity and Access Management (IAM).
Support Single Sign-On (SSO) and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Manage user provisioning, permissions, and security policies.
Microsoft 365 Administration Administer and support: o Exchange Online o Microsoft Teams o SharePoint Online o OneDrive for Business o Microsoft Intune o Microsoft Defender o Microsoft Purview (Preferred) Manage Microsoft 365 licensing and group-based licensing.
Troubleshoot mail flow, collaboration, synchronization, and security-related issues.

Resolve escalated L2 and L3 infrastructure and network issues.
Maintain incident, problem, and change management records.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for complex issue resolution.

Support branch office setup and connectivity deployments.
Maintain network and infrastructure diagrams.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.

Experience with virtualization, backup, networking, and security technologies.
