To safeguard uninterrupted hospital operations and patient safety by expertly installing, repairing, and maintaining all plumbing, water-supply, and drainage systems. The role applies advanced pipefitting knowledge, accurate interpretation of technical plans, and skilled use of hand, power, and woodworking tools to measure, cut, and assemble components. Rapid diagnostics and problem-solving ensure timely resolution of system faults and sustained compliance with facility standards.

1. Ability to install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures
2. Knowledge of water supply systems, drainage systems, and pipefitting
3. Proficient in reading plans and technical diagrams
4. Use of hand and power tools
5. Problem-solving and diagnostic skills
6. knowledge in measuring, cutting, and assembling materials
7. Knowledge in using woodworking tools and machinery

A relevant technical diploma or trade certificate from an internationally accredited institution

At least 2 years' relevant experience preferably in a healthcare setting

• Building management systems and lighting control systems
• Knowledge of current wiring regulations
• Relevant JCIA and other related governance and regulatory standards
