An expanding hospitality group is seeking a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy across its growing portfolio of premium restaurant concepts in Dubai, UAE.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative & results-oriented hospitality marketing professional to drive brand awareness, increase guest engagement, & deliver revenue growth across multiple dining brands.

Reporting to Senior Leadership, you will work closely with the Operations, Culinary & Finance teams to develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives that strengthen brand positioning, increase restaurant traffic, and enhance customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Currently based in the UAE with at least 2-yrs Middle Eastern experience in a similar position
• Proven experience in hospitality marketing, specifically with standalone restaurant brands
• Strong background in digital marketing, brand management, PR, social media, CRM, influencer marketing, campaign management, & revenue-driven marketing initiatives
