MEP Draftsman

We are looking for an experienced MEP Draftsman to prepare accurate and detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings for commercial, residential, and industrial projects. The candidate should have strong expertise in AutoCAD and preferably Revit MEP, with the ability to produce shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings while ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

• Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings.
• Develop HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Drainage, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and ELV layouts.
• Prepare equipment layouts, ducting layouts, piping layouts, cable tray layouts, and schematic diagrams.
• Coordinate MEP drawings with architectural, structural, and civil drawings.
• Modify drawings based on engineer comments, consultant feedback, and site conditions.
• Assist in BIM coordination and clash detection where applicable.
• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, local authority regulations, and international standards.
• Maintain drawing registers, revision logs, and document control.
• Coordinate with MEP Engineers, Project Managers, Consultants, and Site Engineers.
• Support project execution by providing timely drawing revisions and technical drafting assistance.
