Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading Electrical Equipment Manufacturing company, is looking for a professional and customer-focused Receptionist (UAE National) to manage front desk operations and provide excellent administrative support.
Receptionist:
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it remains organized and presentable.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting room bookings.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes in accordance with company procedures.
- Support various administrative tasks including filing, document management, and data entry.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Assist in arranging meetings, events, and travel bookings when required.
- Perform other administrative duties assigned by management.
Requirements- UAE National with a valid Family Book.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Professional appearance and customer-oriented attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
