Site Supervisor – Security Solutions

NAFFCO is looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of Security Solutions at project sites. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities, coordinating with clients and project teams, ensuring work is completed safely and on schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout project execution.

• Supervise the installation and commissioning of Security Systems including CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, Gate Barrier, Parking Management Systems, and other ELV systems.

  
  
  

• Coordinate daily site activities and manage technicians and subcontractors to ensure efficient project execution.

  
  
  

• Review project drawings, specifications, and installation plans before execution.

  
  
  

• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within approved timelines and quality standards.

  
  
  

• Coordinate with Project Engineers, Consultants, Clients, and Main Contractors to resolve technical and site-related issues.

  
  
  

• Ensure all installations comply with project specifications, local regulations, and company quality standards.

  
  
  

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain accurate site documentation.

  
  
  

• Coordinate material requirements and follow up with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

  
  
  

• Conduct inspections and support testing, commissioning, snag rectification, and project handover activities.

  
  
  

• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies at all project sites.

  
  
  

• Assist in preparing project documentation, payment applications, and completion reports.

  
  
  

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.

  
  
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience supervising Security Systems or ELV projects.

  
  
  

• Strong knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, Video Intercom, Structured Cabling, and other Security Solutions.

  
  
  

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and project specifications.

  
  
  

• Good understanding of installation, testing, and commissioning procedures.

  
  
  

• Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards.

  
  
  

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  
  
  

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  
  
  

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities simultaneously.

  
  
  

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.
