We're Hiring | Specialist Anesthesiologist – Abu Dhabi, UAE 📍 Location: Abu Dhabi 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Specialist Anesthesiologist to join a leading healthcare provider in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
The successful candidate will provide safe, high-quality anesthesia services across a wide range of surgical specialties while ensuring exceptional perioperative patient care in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthetic assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
Administer general, regional, local, and monitored anesthesia care for a wide range of surgical procedures.
Monitor patients throughout the perioperative period, ensuring optimal safety and clinical outcomes.
Manage airway emergencies, pain control, and critical care support when required.
Provide post-anesthesia care and oversee patient recovery following surgical procedures.
Collaborate with surgeons, physicians, nursing staff, and other healthcare professionals to deliver multidisciplinary patient care.
Respond promptly to emergency cases and participate in on-call duties as required.
Ensure accurate documentation of anesthesia records and patient care.
Adhere to Department of Health (DoH) Abu Dhabi regulations, hospital policies, infection control protocols, and international clinical standards.
Participate in clinical audits, quality improvement initiatives, and continuing medical education (CME) activities.
Supervise and support junior medical staff and allied healthcare professionals when appropriate.

Qualifications MD, MS, DNB, or equivalent qualification in Anesthesiology from a recognized institution.
