We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background (70%) complemented by functional expertise (30%) across Oracle EBS applications and integrations.
The candidate should have hands-on experience working with Oracle EBS customizations, workflows, integrations, and mobile frameworks, along with a good understanding of Oracle Financials and HR processes.
Experience in large enterprise environments is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Design, develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite applications and solutions.
Perform techno-functional analysis, solution design, and implementation activities across Oracle ERP Finance and HR modules.
Develop and maintain Oracle EBS customizations, integrations, and workflows.
Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable ERP solutions.
Support Oracle EBS enhancements, issue resolution, and system improvements.
Develop and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, OAF components, and custom interfaces.
Participate in ERP implementation, upgrades, and production support activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Prepare technical documentation, functional specifications, and solution designs.
Ensure compliance with enterprise development standards and best practices.

Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise industries is preferred.

Experience with Oracle SOA integrations.
Large enterprise ERP implementation experience.
Domain experience in Aviation, Airline, or Transportation industries will be an added advantage.
