Structural Engineer – Dubai Municipality Certified ID - 35499

We are looking for a Dubai Municipality Certified Structural Engineer with 2–4 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, including strong on-site exposure to warehouse and industrial projects, along with experience in residential and commercial developments. The selected candidate will be responsible for structural design review, site supervision, coordination with consultants and contractors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

• • Review, design, and supervise structural works for warehouse, industrial, commercial, and residential projects. 
  • Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, building codes, and safety standards. 
  • Conduct site inspections and monitor construction activities to ensure structural integrity and quality workmanship. 
  • Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders. 
  • Review structural drawings, calculations, shop drawings, and material submittals. 
  • Identify and resolve structural issues during project execution. 
  • Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and inspection documentation. 
  • Verify compliance with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements. 
  • Assist in project planning, budgeting, and scheduling from a structural engineering perspective. 
  • Support warehouse expansion, maintenance, and facility improvement projects as required. 

• • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering. 
  • Valid Dubai Municipality Structural Engineer Certification/Registration (mandatory).
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in structural engineering. 
  • Hands-on site experience in warehouse, industrial, or logistics facility projects. 
  • Experience in residential and commercial building projects is an advantage. 
  • Strong knowledge of UAE building regulations, structural design standards, and construction practices. 
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.  
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
