We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Travel Planner to manage all travel arrangements for a private Emirati family.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning seamless domestic and international travel experiences, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and confidentiality at all times.
Plan, coordinate, and manage all domestic and international travel arrangements for family members.
Book flights, private aviation (when required), hotels, serviced apartments, and ground transportation.
Prepare detailed travel itineraries, including schedules, reservations, and important travel information.
Coordinate visa applications, travel insurance, and all required travel documentation.
Ensure passports, visas, and other travel documents remain valid and up to date.
Arrange airport VIP services, meet-and-greet assistance, and chauffeur services.
Research and recommend destinations, hotels, restaurants, activities, and entertainment based on the family's preferences.
Handle last-minute travel changes, cancellations, and emergency travel requests efficiently.
Coordinate with personal assistants, drivers, security personnel, and household staff to ensure smooth travel logistics.
Monitor travel budgets and maintain accurate records of bookings and travel-related expenses.
Negotiate preferential rates and establish relationships with airlines, hotels, luxury travel agencies, and service providers.
Be available outside regular working hours to accommodate urgent travel requirements.
Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in luxury travel planning, executive travel coordination, or as a Travel Consultant.
Previous experience working for VIP clients, UHNW individuals, royal families, or private family offices is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of international travel regulations, visa procedures, and travel documentation.
Proficiency in travel booking systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Arabic is an advantage.
High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Knowledge of private aviation and yacht charter bookings.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Flexibility to travel when required.
