Vice President – Engineering & Projects

Our client is an infrastructure and utilities organisation delivering complex engineering and capital projects across the UAE. The business is focused on delivery excellence and long-term asset sustainability.

The Role

The Vice President will oversee engineering, project delivery, and technical governance across major capital programs. This role will manage large multidisciplinary project teams and external contractors. A key focus will be ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to required quality standards. The VP will also support technical due diligence and lifecycle planning. Strong coordination with operations, finance, and regulatory stakeholders is required. This role will contribute to long-term infrastructure strategy.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have senior leadership experience in engineering or infrastructure project environments. Strong exposure to large-scale capital projects is essential. Experience operating in the UAE is highly preferred. The candidate must demonstrate technical credibility, leadership maturity, and strong delivery discipline. Chartered engineering credentials are advantageous.
