The Manager,Managed Accesswill lead the Managed Access function for oncology within GSK UK.Theywill design,runand continuously improve expanded access and compassionate use programs.Theywill work closely with medical, regulatory, supply,safetyand commercial colleagues across the UK and globally. Responsibilities




This role willprovideYOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:



  • Lead operational delivery of managed access programs from request to transition, ensuringtimelypatient access and regulatory compliance.



  • Build andmaintaincross-functional plans for supply, physician oversight, safetyreportingand regulatory interactions.



  • Set up and manage third-party vendors and service providers to support program execution and quality standards.



  • Track program performance and provide clear, regular updates and insights to internal stakeholders.



  • Develop andmaintainprocesses,templatesand SOP-aligned workflows to enable fast, compliant responses to requests.



  • Act as a trusted partner to internal teams and external clinicians to resolve queries and protect patient safety.





Why You?
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals



  • Degree in a life science, pharmacy, medicine, or related field.



  • Proven experience in medical affairs, clinical operations, managed access, or a related role within industry or a relevant institution.



  • Specific oncology experience, including familiarity with oncology protocols and clinical practice.



  • Experience managing an expanded access, compassionate use or named patient program, or equivalent clinical research experience.



  • Experience working with vendors or external service providers and managing contracts or SLAs.



  • Good knowledge of regulatory and safety reporting requirements for patient access programs.



  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and drive delivery.





Preferred Qualification
If youhave the following characteristics, it would be a plus



  • Advanced scientific degree (PhD, MD, PharmD) or clinical qualification.



  • Experience working across international or above-country teams.



  • Familiarity with UK health system processes, includingearly accessor similar initiatives.



  • Experience developing or improving operating processes,templatesor SOPs.



  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills with clinical and cross-functional teams.
