111 Sign, a leading full-colour printing company in the United States, is seeking a motivated and articulate Remote Chat Representative to join our dedicated team. This is a full-time, remote position offering a competitive hourly rate of $25 - $30 USD.
As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse clientele, providing exceptional support and embodying our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. You will represent a company that provides personalised, all-in-one solutions for over 3,000 businesses across the US, offering everything from flyers and banners to professional exhibition setups.
Responsibilities
As a Remote Chat Representative, your daily duties will include:
- Engaging with customers via live chat to provide timely and accurate information about our products and services.
- Assisting clients with order placement, customisation options, and navigating our online platforms.
- Resolving customer queries and issues efficiently, covering everything from design specifications to delivery logistics.
- Developing a deep understanding of our comprehensive service offerings, including custom printing, event planning, and exhibition setups.
- Acting as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and professional customer experience in every interaction.
- Guiding customers through the entire process, from initial design concepts to final production and delivery.
- Documenting all customer interactions and feedback within our systems to contribute to service improvements.
- Collaborating with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within a chat-based or e-commerce environment.
- Exceptional written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail, grammar, and punctuation.
- A strong ability to multitask, manage multiple conversations simultaneously, and maintain high-quality standards.
- A proactive and resourceful problem-solver with a genuine passion for helping customers.
- The ability to work independently and effectively in a remote setting.
- Excellent digital literacy and proficiency in using various online communication tools.
Desirable Attributes:
- Previous experience in the printing, graphic design, or marketing industry.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon or Etsy.
- Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
