Lead Civil Engineer

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 14 years of experience in Civil Engineering design and project delivery.
• Strong experience in industrial, manufacturing, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor junior and mid-level engineers and designers.
• Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Experience in road, pavement, earthworks, stormwater, drainage, and site development design.
• Experience in reinforced concrete and civil infrastructure design.
• Knowledge of international engineering design standards; experience with Australian standards is an advantage.
• Proficiency in civil engineering design software and related engineering tools.
• Ability to review technical deliverables, manage design quality, and provide technical leadership.
• Experience supporting large-scale industrial facilities, transportation, utilities, energy, or infrastructure developments is preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global project teams.
