15 years of overall experience and minimum 7 years of experience in Technical Project Management

• Extensive hands-on experience as an architect/ technical lead in at least one or two of the specified domains within the Oracle technology stack:

  
  

  • Analytics – OAC, ODI & Oracle BI tools

    
    

  • Integration – OIC, SOA

    
    

  • Extension Development – VBCS, APEX, JAVA

    
    

• Proficiency/ expertise in GenAI, RAG, LLMs, AI governance, prompt engineering, evaluation, or AI project delivery is desired

  
  

• Strong expertise in end-to-end solutions, with the ability to strategize and execute projects effectively 

  
  

• Define and manage project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with organizational and customer goals; proactively identify risks, dependencies, and commercial considerations, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive timely resolution.

  
  

• Considerable experience in following Agile development methodologies and best practices.

  
  
• Hands-on experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, along with leveraging AI-driven tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, reporting, and decision-making.
• Lead delivery with a strong focus on customer outcomes, ensuring projects are executed efficiently, meet quality standards, and deliver measurable business value. 
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement by encouraging the adoption of modern technologies, agile methodologies, and industry best practices to enhance team productivity and delivery excellence. 
• Exhibit excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex technical and business concepts; highly proficient in creating impactful presentations and reports using tools such as MS Project, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. 
• Manage project governance, risk tracking, change control, and compliance checkpoints to ensure alignment with organizational and customer standards.
• Define and track delivery, quality, budget, and business outcome metrics to support transparency and timely decisions.
• Provide concise, data-driven status updates to executive management covering progress, risks, dependencies, decisions, and key actions.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring consistent stakeholder engagement, transparent communication, and high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. 
• PMI-PMP, PMI-PgMP, CSM, AI Certifications or equivalent certifications are highly preferred and considered a strong asset.
