Video Content Lead

We're looking for an exceptional Video Content Lead to shape our entire YouTube strategy and drive significant audience growth.You will be the visionary behind all PakWheels YouTube content, responsible for innovating formats across both long-form and shorts, boosting engagement, and achieving ambitious growth targets. This is a critical role for a strategic, data-driven YouTube expert with a passion for automotive content, tasked with growing our long-form content while optimizing our overall video presence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive video content strategy for the PakWheels YouTube channel (encompassing both long-form and shorts), with a primary immediate focus on driving aggressive growth in long-form.
• Lead the ideation, development, and strategic direction for all video formats. Ensure high quality, creative excellence, and engaging narratives across the board.
• Provide creative direction and mentorship to all video content creators and editors. Work closely with talent like Suneel Munj to elevate their presence and impact.
• Deeply analyze YouTube and other FB analytics for all video content, identify trends, optimize strategies, and provide actionable insights.
• Drive the integration of AI tools and technologies across the video production workflow to enhance efficiency and content quality.

Qualification: 

• 5+ years proven experience in YouTube content strategy and video production, with a demonstrable track record of growing channels.
• Strong understanding of how long-form and shorts content interact and contribute to overall channel growth.
• Exceptional storytelling ability and a strong creative vision for automotive content.
• Experience in leading and inspiring creative teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, or a strong willingness to quickly adopt and implement new technologies.
