Financial Control & Reporting

• Prepare monthly Divisional P&L reports and compile the overall Finance Dashboard.

  
  
  

• Prepare and submit routine GPS (internal reporting).

  
  
  

• Support the billing process by assisting in the preparation of Sales Invoices.

  
  
  

Transactional Oversight & Compliance

• Review, validate, and approve Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policy.

  
  
  

• Perform internal compliance checks, including VDOC (document management) and Travel & Expense validations.

  
  
  

• Contribute to internal control roadmaps and execute assigned audit action plans.

  
  
  

Treasury & Stakeholder Communication

• Partner with the Shared Service Center (SSC) and banking partners to oversee treasury workflows, including payroll, government payments, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) forecasting.

  
  
  

• Coordinate with Group central engineering (CGE) Finance and global entities to track and resolve accounts receivable overdues.

  
  
  

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of progressive experience in Financial Controlling, FP&A, or Corporate Reporting (automotive or manufacturing industry experience is highly preferred).

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (data modeling, lookups, pivot tables). Working knowledge of ERP systems required (SAP experience strongly preferred).

Languages: Full professional proficiency in English is mandatory. Working knowledge of French is a significant asset for global coordination.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical mindset, excellent cross-functional communication, and the ability to manage deadlines independently.
