We are looking for a creative and strategic Content Lead to drive the content vision and execution for one of the region's fastest-growing platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's voice across multiple markets, leading content production across digital channels, and building scalable processes that ensure consistent, high-quality output.
You will work closely with leadership, marketing, and creative teams to develop engaging content that strengthens brand awareness, drives engagement, and supports commercial objectives.
Main Responsibilities Develop and execute the overall content strategy across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and future markets.
Own the content calendar from ideation and planning through production, approval, and publishing.
Lead the creation of content across social media platforms, ensuring quality, consistency, and alignment with brand objectives.
Oversee content for brand partnerships, campaigns, and marketing activations.
Establish and improve content workflows, processes, and operational systems.
Manage and mentor content team members, including creatives, videographers, and copywriters.
Monitor content performance and track KPIs related to engagement, brand growth, and business impact.
Collaborate with leadership on brand positioning, key campaigns, and market expansion initiatives.
Maintain a consistent brand voice across channels, formats, and languages.
Stay up to date with industry trends, social media best practices, and emerging content opportunities.
4–8 years of experience in content marketing, social media, creative strategy, or a related field.
Proven experience developing and executing successful multi-channel content strategies.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, content trends, and audience engagement.
Experience leading content projects, campaigns, or creative teams.
Ability to balance creative thinking with structured execution and project management.
Strong writing, editing, briefing, and communication skills.
Experience working in startups, agencies, media companies, or fast-paced digital businesses is preferred.
Deep understanding of Gulf youth culture and digital consumer behavior.
Arabic fluency is required; bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
Based in Bahrain or willing to relocate.
