You will play a key role in ensuring successful onboarding, integration, and ongoing technical performance across school systems, districts, and institutional partners.
You will act as a trusted technical partner, working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to drive successful implementations at scale. This role requires a balance of hands-on technical execution, structured delivery, and proactive stakeholder management.
Efekta offers a dynamic, international environment with opportunities to work on high-impact education programs across regions.

What You’ll Do

Customer Onboarding, Integrations & Technical Ownership
  • Lead technical onboarding and implementation for large-scale education deployments
  • Act as the primary technical owner for assigned programs and accounts

  • Support configuration of solutions to meet program and operational requirements
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution across Product and Engineering
  • Proactively monitor system performance, risks, and dependencies

Stakeholder Management & Delivery
  • Work closely with program stakeholders such as administrators, IT teams, and partners to ensure successful rollout
  • Manage expectations across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Provide structured updates on progress, risks, and technical readiness
  • Support scaled deployments where consistency and repeatability are critical

Training & Enablement

  • Deliver technical training sessions to external stakeholders and internal teams
  • Develop clear, scalable onboarding and enablement materials
  • Support adoption by ensuring stakeholders understand system capabilities and constraints

Documentation & Knowledge Management

  • Own and maintain high-quality technical documentation for implementations
  • Develop playbooks and repeatable processes for scaled deployments
  • Capture recurring issues and solutions to improve future support

Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and Support
  • Provide technical input for RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires
  • Share feedback to improve products and processes

Continuous Improvement
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and internal workflows
  • Help scale processes as Efekta continues to grow
  • Stay curious and learn new technologies relevant to our platform

What We’re Looking For

Essential Experience
  • 4 to 6 plus years in a technical support, implementation, or solutions role
  • Experience supporting business applications or large-scale deployments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable explaining technical topics to non-technical audiences
  • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Customer-focused mindset
  • Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese and English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both

Desirable Skills
  • Experience with SaaS platforms
  • Exposure to system integrations, APIs, or SSO
  • Understanding of security and data privacy regulations such as GDPR and ISO 27001
  • Basic knowledge of the software development lifecycle
  • Project coordination or project management experience

Technical Background
