Role Overview

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support our sourcing and purchasing activities, ensuring smooth and accurate execution of procurement processes.

You will manage requisitions, purchase orders, supplier communication, and data accuracy, while ensuring compliance with internal policies and contributing to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders (SAP / Ariba)
• Validate order confirmations and monitor delivery and payment status
• Communicate with suppliers and internal stakeholders on orders, updates, and issues
• Support import/export activities and ensure smooth operations
• Maintain accurate and complete procurement data and documentation
• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports; analyze data to support decision-making
• Ensure requests are processed accurately and within agreed timelines
• Monitor KPIs and ensure service level agreements are met
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate when needed
• Support financial closing activities and payment follow-ups
• Handle non-standard requests and more complex cases
• Contribute to process improvements and internal documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Finance, Logistics, etc.)
• Support the team and manager with additional activities when needed
  

What You Bring

• 3+ years of experience in Procurement / Purchasing / Operations
• Good knowledge of SAP and/or Ariba
• Strong Excel skills
• Understanding of Finance and Logistics processes
• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
• Ability to prioritize, manage risks, and solve problems
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Customer-oriented and proactive approach
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
