We are looking for a IE Supervisor whose main responsibility is for overall industrial engineering management of EWH&HPWH.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or above. Mechanical, automation,IE is preferred
• Proficient in IE professional tools such as work measurement, line balancing, process analysis and waste optimization
• Possess strong on-site problem-solving ability, data analysis ability and project promotion ability
• Have good team management, communication and cross-department coordination capabilities

The ideal candidate:

• Familiar with the production process, assembly technology and lean production system of home appliance manufacturing industry
