Job Responsibilities:
1. Promote and secure steel structure projects in accordance with the company's marketing strategy.
2. Collect market information, develop client resources, actively expand market presence, and achieve sales targets.
3. Independently conduct client visits, business negotiations, relationship maintenance, and project follow-ups within the assigned region, and undertake project development efforts.
4. Negotiate and execute sales contracts, and ensure contract fulfillment and collection of project payments.
5. Prepare quotations and negotiate contract terms based on the company's pricing and market strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Associate degree or above, with at least 5 years of sales experience in the engineering industry and established industry connections.
2. Experience in steel structure project sales or employment in construction enterprises, with familiarity in the construction market and operation processes of engineering bidding and tendering projects.
3. Strong achievement orientation, resilience, insight, interpersonal sensitivity, communication skills, outgoing personality, and adept at social interaction.
4. Capable of independently developing markets in assigned regions, establishing sales channels, and undertaking project development efforts.
5. Able to independently handle all aspects of client communication and business negotiations.
6. Strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit.
