DuPont's Global Procurement team is looking for a Logistics Analyst, based in Colombia, The Logistics Analyst ensures the efficient execution of material movement to meet customer demands and serve as the first point of contact to work with Business Supply Chains, Distribution Requirements Planner (DRP), Customer Service teams, warehouse, freight forwarders, and demand team (issue resolution, procedures, SAP material flow expertise).


Your key responsibilities will be/what you’ll do:


  • Conduct periodic reviews of logistics service provider performance.


  • Support business units with time-sensitive activities as needed to ensure continuity of domestic distribution services.


  • Support the Contract Administrator in ensuring provider compliance with all contractual requirements, including safety, quality, delivery, and pricing.


  • Manage operational issues and implement effective solutions for problem resolution.


  • Coordinate vehicles for inbound and outbound transportation activities. Coordinate order fulfillment through interaction among warehouse, transportation providers, and customers.


  • Monitor import cargo pickups and support export shipment dispatches. Work closely with customs brokers to ensure effective coordination of goods movement.


  • Provide support to SBUs in addressing non-conformities related to logistics service providers.


  • Support the monthly verification of pre-invoices for transportation and warehousing services contracted with logistics providers.


  • Manage and analyze information related to the execution of logistics services by providers. Serve as the primary point of contact with providers to ensure timely delivery of logistics reports.


  • Maintain operational control files and records, including transportation, warehousing, and customs providers, as well as spend and volume tracking.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics or related field.


  • Relevant experience with SAP.


  • Logistics/Imports experience is required.


  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in both local language and English language. Portuguese skills is a plus.


  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.


  • Experience working independently with minimal guidance.


  • Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills


  • Proven experience effectively prioritizing workload to meet deadlines and work objectives.
