Specialist - MDM
The Specialist MDM is responsible for maintaining the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of customer and sales data within Salesforce. The role performs data validation, cleansing, and reporting activities, supports business users in resolving data discrepancies, and contributes to maintaining reliable CRM information in accordance with established standards and procedures.
- Review, update, and maintain customer and sales records within Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve duplicate records, data discrepancies, and incomplete information.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and standardization activities in accordance with company guidelines and business rules.
- Utilize Salesforce tools and Microsoft Excel to analyze, organize, and improve data quality.
- Generate basic reports and summaries to support data quality monitoring and decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations and business teams to maintain reliable CRM data and resolve data-related issues.
- Escalate complex data issues when required and support ongoing CRM data quality improvement initiatives.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work with large volumes of data.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and business rules consistently.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales or customer data management is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related field
1–3 years of experience in administration, accounting, finance, sales operations, customer service, data entry, or related fields.
Experience working with CRM systems is preferred.
