Job Summary: We are seeking a passionate and talented Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of pharmaceutical manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, Capacity Planning, QA, QC, R&D, and Supply Chain) to drive operational alignment and project success.
Analyze operational and project performance, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and business outcomes.
Prepare and maintain project documentation (including CAPEX/OPEX, schedules, budgets, and progress reports) while contributing to the continuous improvement of project management processes and governance.
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Engineering, Business Administration.
• 4–6 years of proven experience in project management & operations manufacturing in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage project complexities effectively.
• Excellent leadership abilities, with experience in leading and motivating cross-functional teams.
• PMP certification is a plus.
