Role purpose

The Client Application Processing Agent is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of student applications, ensuring all application documents are verified, submitted to partner institutions, tracked through to outcome, and maintained in accordance with IDP operational standards. 


To process and manage student applications accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with partner institution requirements, timely submissions, effective stakeholder communication, and outstanding student experience.

Required experience

Education: Bachelor's degree.
Experience: 1–3 years in admissions/application processing or international education.
Knowledge: University admissions, compliance, document verification, CRM.

Abilities: Manage multiple applications, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality.
