Role Summary



The Credit Control Manager will lead and manage the regional Credit Control operations across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain while supporting the company’s commercial and financial objectives.


The role is responsible for driving collection performance, minimizing financial risk exposure, improving recovery processes, enhancing client retention, and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.


This position requires a strategic and commercially focused professional capable of managing complex financial cases, improving operational performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment between Credit Control, Commercial, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams.


The role acts as a key point of contact between Clients, Commercial Teams, Finance Teams, and Senior Management to ensure commercially balanced and financially compliant decisions across the region.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and manage the regional Credit Control operations across UAE, Egypt, Qatar, and Bahrain.


  • Review and manage complex financial and commercial cases including: Legal settlements, Write-offs, Payment restructures, Contract cancellations, Contract downgrades, Early renewals, Security cheques and deposits


  • Focus on client retention by maintaining strong client relationships and supporting commercially balanced recovery solutions.


  • Work closely with Commercial, Finance, Legal, Operations, and other departments to strengthen internal collaboration and improve operational alignment.


  • Develop and implement collection strategies and recovery action plans to minimize bad debt exposure.


  • Prepare and present regular management reports including: Collection performance, Aging analysis, Risk exposure, Recovery status, Write-off and settlement tracking communication skills, collection techniques, negotiation capabilities, and operational knowledge.


  • Lead, coach, and develop regional Credit Control teams to ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.


Qualifications & Experience


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.


  • Minimum 5 years of managerial-level experience in Credit Control, Commercial Finance, Collections.


  • Proven experience handling legal settlements, write-offs, restructures, collections, and client account management.


  • Previous experience managing teams across multiple markets is highly preferred.
