Job description

  • Administer and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Servers (Development, SIT, UAT, Production).
  • Responsible for CRM releases, features & best practices, making recommendations to leadership as appropriate.
  • Evaluate, recommend, and integrate additional technology tools into Sales Operations applications to meet business requirements and objectives.
  • Lead training for CRM and provide ongoing training as needed to current and new users.
  • Assist with the testing of new or existing features, and or updates and the effect of application changes to current or new systems.
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors, and IT teams.
  • Has the ability to Apply adjustments on Active Directory Level for the OUs , Security groups and users.
  • Monitor Server Logs, Performance and Servers availability.
  • Manage system & servers upgrades and to know how to handle the cumulative updates, patches, and releases.
  • Manage Production Deployments and new releases.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or related field.
  • 2-5 yearsof hands-on experience specifically withMicrosoft Dynamics CRMadministration and support
  • Proven experience inproduction support environmentsand handling incidents, service requests, and system enhancements.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly preferred.
  • Administration and configuration of Dynamics 365 (Sales, Customer Service, or Marketing modules).
  • Strong knowledge of: Entities, forms, views, dashboards, Business rules, workflows, User management, security roles, and access control.
