About the Role :
Support and manage the damaged parcel process across Bosta's network by reviewing reported damage cases, ensuring proper classification and documentation, coordinating with operational stakeholders, and helping drive initiatives that reduce parcel damage and improve handling practices.

Key Responsibilities


  • - Review damaged parcel cases submitted by hub teams and assess supporting evidence, including photos and incident details.
    - Approve or reject damage claims according to established guidelines and policies.
    - Classify damaged parcels based on damage type and severity.
    - Determine and coordinate the appropriate next steps for damaged parcels, including disposal, return, recovery, or further investigation.
    - Act as the main point of contact for damage-related inquiries from Hub Supervisors, Area Managers, Investigations, and other operational stakeholders.
    - Train and support hub teams on proper damage reporting procedures, documentation standards, and photo requirements.
    - Follow up with hubs to ensure timely and accurate submission of damage cases.
    - Maintain accurate records of all damage cases and decisions.damage trends and highlight recurring issues to relevant stakeholders.
    - Support root cause investigations and recommend actions to reduce future damage incidents.
    - Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to identify opportunities to improve packaging, handling, and operational processes.
    - Prepare regular reports on damage volumes, classifications, and trends.

Qualifications


  • - 0–2 years of experience in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, Quality, or a related field.
    - Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
    - Strong attention to detail and ability to make objective decisions.
    - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
    - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    - Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
